Among other creative things, I absolutely love hand-painted ceramics! The joy of opening the kiln after a firing is hard to describe; it’s a bit like Christmas every time. The pieces go in covered in glaze and emerge all colourful and shiny. I frequently custom paint designs for people’s birthdays, anniversarys weddings and christenings, but also enjoy creating my own inspired designs.
